I created this piece because I wanted to try a new art style. I wanted this art to be monochromatic and to only use one brush. I felt that the challenge was to find the strength in contrast. I had a lot of fun understanding the power of values as well. I think this was made for a younger audience that enjoys the anger and aggression that comes with fighting.
